Dalcon Limited is a privately-owned civil engineering and ground works company which was established in July 2007.

We offer a range of services to suit any new build construction including private and social housing, healthcare buildings, new schools and industrial and commercial developments with values currently ranging from £100k to £3m.

Our main clients who we carry out repeat work for are Ashleigh (Scotland) Ltd, Morgan Sindall, Morrison Construction, Kier Construction and BAM Construction.

The directors have a wealth of experience within the construction and civil engineering industry and have been instrumental in developing the company’s growth and reputation as a leading groundworks contractor with the workforce and turnover steadily increasing year on year.

Dalcon’s ethos is to be self-sufficient and invest in the operative training and construction plant. In doing so we believe we have greater control over safety, quality and programme requirements of our clients. All operatives are directly employed and are provided with the relevant training.
